“We had a two room conversion with replacements stairs and cupboard. Andrew runs a highly efficient job, crucially employing skilled crews at each point rather than jacks of all trades everywhere. Andrew kept to the quote despite several (albeit fairly minor) changes to the agreed schedule and has since returned to address snagging items on several occasions. During the works, there were a couple of issues - an exterior drain pipe was broken and there was some slippage at the rear access point due to wet weather. Both were sorted quickly and with minimal fuss. I don't have any hesitation in recommending AB Basements. Unless you have a keen preference for DIY, I would recommend they complete the works end-to-end. We finished some aspects ourselves which mostly came out fine but in hindsight I would have preferred to have professionals complete all jobs to the same high standard.”
